Dimensioners

With our laser-based trade-certified DM3500 dimensioning systems, package dimensioning is fast and accurate.

Non-singulated parcels can also be accurately dimensioned and/or detected for proper handling in an automated sortation system.

Dimensioning

	DM3500 Cuboidal Dimensioning System The DM3500 dimensioning systems use scanned, triangulated CCD camera / laser diode combinations to capture the height profile of a package as it passes the unit. The system includes an Accu-Eye laser photoeye and tachometer. The tachometer monitors conveyor speed. Package detection is accomplished by the photoeye. Based on this data, the DM3500 dimensioning system calculates the package length, width, height, volume and position.

	DM3500 Irregulars Dimensioning System The Accu-Sort Irregular Dimensioning System is designed to provide the length, width and height dimensions of both cuboidal and irregularly shaped items running on belts up to 60” wide. The system uses a combination of two omnidirectional laser bar code scanners, two or three high-accuracy DM3500-IR dimensioning systems and a control computer to provide package bar code data and dimension data that is useful for everything from trailer load planning to revenue recovery.

	AccuVision® AV6010 Long-Range Camera System with Optional Dimensioning The AV6010 Bar Code Scanning System is flexible enough to go beyond reading bar codes and OCR. This inovative automatic identification camera system can include certified dimensioning and side-by-side package detection.
