DM-3000
The DM-3000 is a compact, overhead dimensioning unit which automatically measures the length, width, and height of packages as they move along a conveyor. The self-contained unit provides simple installation over an existing conveyor. No break is required in the conveyor belt. The unit’s overhead location eliminates damage that side and bottom mounted systems encounter. The one-piece design eliminates critical alignment of multiple components.

DM3500

The DM3500 uses a scanned, triangulated CCD camera / laser diode combination to capture the height profile of a package as it passes the unit. The system includes an Accu-Eye laser photoeye and tachometer. The tachometer monitors conveyor speed. Package detection is accomplished by the photoeye. Based on this data, the DM3500 calculates the package length, width, height, volume and position.
