The FAST Count system is designed for:

FAST Count, a new production counting system from Accu-Sort® Systems, allows users to easily capture, store and report activities from multiple lines. Designed for productivity monitoring, multi-line reporting, product verification, shift reporting and production data archiving, it can maintain up to 31 days of accurate statistics on product throughput, allowing on-demand or scheduled production reporting.

Operating under Windows® operating system, FAST Count can run on a single PC or Accu-Sort industrial control module for multiple-line data collection and reporting. Starting and ending shift times are configurable with support for a three-shift day. Production data are saved by date, shift, line and product code. FAST Count can be configured to generate standard reports, including line production, product, and shift production totals, as well as custom reports. Production data updates can be viewed in real time. End-of-shift or end-of-day production reports are automatically generated to file or disk.

Easy to configure, FAST Count accommodates multiple codes per object with the ability to select codes used for processing. Matrix scanning is supported with each code counted as a separate item. Also configurable are no-read handling and production line extraction from production data.

Production data can be aggregated to product code or a user-named field. Non-verified products can be excluded or included as invalid products. New products can be added automatically with a default description, and product code extraction can be configured from production data. User-defined field orderings, including current production dates, all production dates or a selectable range, can be exported for use in spreadsheets and other applications.
