Outstanding Camera Performance... at laser scanner prices!
As the world leader in industrial camera-based barcode scanning systems, Accu-Sort’s AccuVision camera barcode scanners have set the bar rather high - even in the most demanding high-speed material handling and automatic identification applications. Our new AccuVision® MiniCam CMOS camera barcode scanner continues the tradition by providing a low cost solution for combined 2D barcode scanning and image capture.
Big Solutions...even in a small package
Sometimes the best things really do come in the smallest packages. This small footprint AccuVision camera fits easily on your production line. With the largest sensor size in its class, the AccuVision MiniCam camera barcode scanners provide the coverage you need to accommodate variety on your production line without having to relocate the camera. For repetitive operations where the barcode is consistently placed, a narrower field of view can be selected to reduce the processing time and speed up throughput (15 - 60 frames per second, varying as a function of the required coverage for the application).
The AccuVision MiniCam mid-range camera barcode scanner incorporates robust decode software that reads 2D and linear barcodes on objects that are in motion, even at high speeds. The decode software and integrated LED illumination ensures the camera delivers the best possible read rates even on poor contrast barcodes.
The user-friendly interface enables you to easily install or quickly readjust the camera to accommodate changing production runs. The decoder can differentiate between barcodes in the camera's field of view or decode multiple barcodes simultaneously. The output message format can be modified to meet your host requirements and then communicates the results to your system using serial connections or user programmable I/O.
