Production Counting

Easily capture, store and report activities from single or multiple production lines with Accu-Sort barcode systems.

Production data can be aggregated to product barcode or a user-named field. Non-verified products can be excluded or included as invalid products. New products can be added automatically with a default description, and product code extraction can be configured from production data. User-defined field orderings, including current production dates, all production dates or a selectable range, can be exported for use in spreadsheets and other applications.

Data updates can be viewed in real time. End-of-shift or end-of-day production reports are automatically generated to file or disk.
