The basic system (one print and apply line for applying one label or tag per object) includes a PC or PLC system control module, inbound product identification barcode scanner, optional in-motion weighing system (scale), barcode label or tag printer-applicator, outbound product verification barcode scanner, tracking control hardware, barcode label design software and manual processing station.

Also offered are advanced systems for multiple print and apply lines, multiple printer-applicators per line to achieve higher package rates and multiple barcode labels per object.

Typical applications include product content labeling, in-motion weight capture and labeling, order fulfillment labeling, product order price labeling, and carrier and vendor compliance labeling.
