ASinteg will demonstrate an OCR application with the MiniCam. Using a conveyor simulation of parcels traveling on a belt, the camera barcode scanner combined with OCR will read the typed addresses (non-barcode) and handwritten reasons for the return of the parcels, similar to what is experienced by mail order companies when receiving returned items.
