| Description: | Develop standard practices, goals and measures for suppliers in support of Accu-Sort Quality Management System. Establish process control plans and metrics to achieve quality, cost and delivery metrics. Manage the supplier plans to implement changes to current products and the launch of new products and processes.

| Key Responsibilities: |
- Primary point of contact for supplier quality issues and improvement. Lead internal reviews of supplier quality issues.
- Audit suppliers for compliance to ASI requirements and supplier ISO deliverables.
- Manage new suppliers in support of new product introductions.
- Manage the focus supplier program to help develop the capabilities of critical suppliers.
- Training; assist in training required of suppliers and internal ASI engineers as the need arises.

| Education Required: | B.S. Electrical, Mechanical, Computer/Software Engineering . MS, MBA and or ASQ certification a plus.
|
| Work Experience: |
- Minimum of 5 years experience, supplier management of electrical and mechanical components.
- Managed suppliers through new model launch, including development of safe launch plans.
- Minimum of 7 years experience working in a continuous improvement operation.
- Managed supplier improvement programs.

| Special Qualifications: |
- ASQ CQE certification
- Experience with process improvement and Kaizen preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good communication skills, ability to interface and solve problems with suppliers as well as other project stakeholders in oral and written form.

| Position Title: |
Electrical Design Engineer II |
| Department: | Engineering |
| Description: | Engineer is responsible for the digital signal processing algorithm design and development for new products from concept and prototype through development and production. |
| Education Required: | Master of Engineering plus 5 years product development experience. |
| Work Experience: | Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience in a manufacturing environment with proven track record of successful product development from the concept to production. Must be proficient with hardware description language (VHDL and Verilog). Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following: developing Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA); digital signal processing algorithm design and implementation with FPGA; high speed digital design specifically, high speed serial buses and high speed memory interface; high speed ADC/DAC; embedded system design; schematic capture and PCB layout (mixed analog and digital); EMI/EMC design; and low power system design and the battery powered system design. | Key Responsibilities: | When working on concept design of new products the Engineer will ensure that the design meets all the critical requirements, will utilize the ASI Tollgate process and ensure that the schedule is met. When working on detailed design of digital functions for new products the Engineer will ensure that the design meets all functional requirements, utilize the ASI Tollgate process, ensure that the schedule is met and that costs targets are met. The Engineer will ensure that design documentation is complete and accurate and provide product support. The Engineer is part of a team that includes marketing and operations groups as well as electrical, mechanical and optical engineers. The Engineer will design functions to implement digital signal processing algorithms and coding, simulating, verifying and troubleshooting those designs.

| Description: | This position is responsible for planning and procuring materials to ensure we meet customer commitments at the lowest inventory and procurement cost. Responsibilities include forecasting, establishing appropriate Kanban levels, procuring material at the lowest cost, and product life cycle management. The successful candidate will also propose, implement, and execute process improvements and the generation of key reports, metrics, and Kaizens. |

| Key Responsibilities: |
- Actively support the goals of the department through buying best practices; understands cost breakdowns and recognizes drivers and inconsistencies
- Implement and Maintain Kanban for assigned production cells
-Includes, but not limited to: creating purchase orders in Oracle, establishing Kanban levels, auditing
supermarkets, expediting parts, and negotiating with vendors
- Support Manufacturing Engineering on Supplier Quality Issues by involving vendors and finding resolution quickly
- Actively participate in change and manage obsolescence issues
- Accurately maintain data integrity of material master, open PO, and inventory data accuracy

- Demonstrated ability to drive immediate and sustained change; described as intellectually sharp, capable, and agile
- Ability to work cross-functionally to influence and drive preferred outcomes for ASI; can change tactics midstream when something isn't working
- Buyer should be familiar with supply chain and logistics theories; knowledge should be applied in driving business results and person can see "hidden " problems
