Automated sortation provides high-speed bar code and RFID scanning, tracking, and sortation from receiving through work-in-process to shipping.
Sortation controls including tachometers, I/O devices, and induct scanners and/or RFID readers are defined and configured via system software. Configuration includes multiple sortation methods, lane assignment logins, and all divert methods, including tilt tray, shoe, pop-up, swing-arm, pusher and others.
Specific objects can be assigned to specific lanes and individual full-lane quantities set. Full-lane thresholds can be set by item count. Automated object measurement is available as an option. | |
